Australia Wide Government

There are a limited number of places available for each of these grants and normally refreshes on the 1st of July and works on a first in best dressed.

If you bought a property normally in NSW for $550,000 you would need a minimum deposit of around $68,000, with these grants and the your State Gov Grant, you would only need around $32,000 deposit.

Regional First Home Buyer Guarantee (RFHBG) – First home buyer/s who have been living in the regional area they want to buy in for at least the last 12 months. Link to Gov Website – Regional First Home Buyer Guarantee | The National Housing Finance & Investment Corporation (NHFIC)
